3D Resin Printer Exposure Settings

The following table is intended to provide manufacturer recommended, community submitted, and verified print settings for any and all printers and resins. The includes resin settings from brands like Anycubic, Elegoo, 3D Materials and more. The exposure times, layer height, and lift speeds can be used as a starting point in resin slicers like Chitubox and Lychee.

Most Mono X entries are at 80% UV power, unless otherwise specified. The number of base layers is typically between 4-10 and slicers often default it to 6 layers. The light-off delay is sufficient at 1 second, unless your printer calculates that as the total movement duration. You can check this by seeing if the printer waits for a second after completing retraction.

Print settings that are verified by us will have the "Image" on the far left

Any mixes will be labeled by the majority resin ie: 90% Siraya Fast and 10% Tenacious -> Siraya Fast [with] Tenacious 10%

If you plan to change the layer height:
Lower layer heights will require a lower exposure, and thicker layers will require more exposure time.

If you have problems with the print sticking to the bed:
Lower the lift speed (60mm/min is a good baseline), increase the base (aka initial, bottom, burn-in) exposure, raise the ambient temp to ≈25°C (or as specified), and lightly sand the build plate.

If the print is not sticking to the supports:
Lower the lift speed, raise the exposure, and increase the support thickness & density.

If the print is failing and you are printing hollow:
Make sure that you have adequately placed drain/pressure release holes to prevent suction.
