Free shipping is available to all of the United States (yes this includes Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, and Guam).
For domestic shipments we primarily utilize UPS and USPS as carriers.
For international shipments we utilize UPS, USPS, GlobalPost, and FedEx.
International shipping is available to select countries. If your country is not available yet, please contact us. 4D Filtration is not responsible for any taxes, charges, or fines levied by the designation country towards an international shipment.
We do not sell or give your information to anyone, except as necessary to execute functions such as analytics, security, billing, and shipping.
We may utilize your email in order to deliver discounts, rewards, and necessary communication.
Our newsletter is very basic in functionality and currently only serves as an avenue to provide a 5% discount on new, first-time orders. Currently, we are not sending any other emails other than the welcome email.
In the future we may communicate extra deals or new items, and we will update this section when that occurs.

All components carry a 180 day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Components suspected of defects must be returned to be inspected before a replacement or refund can be issued. Inspecting components suspected of defects allows us to improve product quality for the future.
Activated carbon, filters, or gloves are not eligible for returns or refunds if opened.
Many components are created using additive manufacturing and may contain cosmetic imperfections. Components undergo quality checks to ensure functionality.
Components shall have been subject to only normal use and shall not have been misused, neglected, altered, improperly set up or otherwise damaged & there shall be no evidence of tampering or deliberate misuse or destruction. The warranty is non-transferable - any warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser and include proof of purchase.
Defects to components will be determined solely by 4D Filtration. Upon determination of a defect, 4D Filtration at it's sole discretion will choose to repair the component, replace the defective component with the same or similar product, or issue a refund amount.
4D Filtration must authorize the return of any alleged or defective part before it is returned.
Returns for any reason are available for 30 days after the arrival of your order.
Activated carbon, filters, or gloves are not available for refunds if they are opened.
The buyer must pay all return shipping costs. If needed, we can send you a return label and subtract the postage cost from the refund amount.
Instant refunds are available only before your items have shipped - just send us an email. If your items have already shipped then you will need to return the items.
Refunds are processed on your original payment method. The refund amount consists of your original payment amount minus processing fees from PayPal or Stripe (for example, PayPal charges ~3.5% + 50 cents for USD). For any opened/used Activated carbon, filters, or gloves, the retail price of the media is subtracted from this amount.
